Refund policy

We will refund or exchange any product returned as long as we are notified by the customer within 14 days of delivery date. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and only applicable for items sold on our website: beamingbaby.co.uk. If a product is unreasonably handled, and therefore damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount. Please note any postage charges incurred when returning item(s) will not be refunded.
