Pregnancy Calendar - Pick a Week!
15 Weeks Pregnant
Namaste...in bed.

Your baby is the size of a naval orange!
This week, your baby is beginning to hear you. His or her eyes may start to become sensitive to light, and although they are closed at this point, they may pick up on bright lights outside your tummy.
Now that the nasties of the first trimester have (hopefully) eased, you should find yourself with a bit more energy, so now is a good time to get active! Swimming, pregnancy yoga and walking are all great, and safe, ways to build strength in preparation for the birth.
Exercising throughout your pregnancy can help ease the common aches and pains associated with growing a human, help you sleep better, reduce your likelihood of having high blood pressure or diabetes, and can mean you have a shorter labour with fewer complications! If that's not an incentive to get up and move, I don't know what is.
Staying active throughout your pregnancy is not only great for your body, but will reduce stress and lift your mood. Thank you endorphins!
