Holy guacamole, you're going to avo baby!

Your baby is the size of an avocado!

You might be starting to feel little flutters in your belly right about now - don't worry if you haven't yet, its still early days! Your baby is kicking and wriggling around in there, and may have even learned how to tug in its umbilical cord.

From this point on, you should try to avoid lying on your back for too long. This can cause low blood pressure and dizziness. If you do take part in activities like yoga or Pilates, you should talk to your instructor.

Around this week, you should have your second antenatal appointment. Your midwife should check your blood pressure, carry out a urine check, and you may get to hear the heart beat again. Once your OB or midwife see a normal ultrasound, your chance of miscarriage officially drops to just 1%.

Finally, if you haven't already, now is the time to start thinking baby names. If you're in need of inspiration, check out our baby name section of the app to find some popular or unusual names and their meanings.
