29 Weeks Pregnant

Wakey Wakey

Your baby is the size of an acorn squash!

Your baby is very active at the moment, and you'll feel all kind of movements happening inside your womb. It is important to familiarise yourself with the pattern of your baby's movements, and if you notice a sudden change in activity you should contact your midwife. If you are concerned that you haven't felt the baby move in a while drink some iced water, play some music or lie on your side and ask your partner for a massage. This should wake baby up!

Try to use these last weeks to get ready for the baby and enjoy some time for yourself, especially after you start maternity leave. If you have children already, you may find it hard to keep up with them sometimes. Take any offers of help you can get.
